Deputy Secretary of Energy Visits SRNL

AIKEN, S.C. (Feb. 27, 2007) – Deputy Secretary of Energy Clay Sell visited SRNL Feb. 27 to learn about a variety of the Laboratory's research and development programs. In addition to visiting the FBI's Radiological Evidence Analysis Lab Suite at SRNL to learn about the Laboratory's support for federal law enforcement, the Deputy Secretary talked with researchers about their work in hydrogen technology, radioactive waste treatment and disposal, actinide technology, nonproliferation and biotechnology.
